Anatomy of a House

This 3-hour CE course takes an in depth look at the structural and mechanical components of a home and the interrelations relative to proper construction and finishes. We'll review an overview of home inspections, licensing in Georgia and the importance of certified inspectors. We'll also discuss "mise en place", materials, the build up process and environmental concerns.
