Q When will I receive my inspection report?

The same day as the inspection!

Q Should my realtor and I attend the inspection?

We encourage you and your realtor to be present at the inspection, if possible. If not, no worries! Your detailed inspection report will contain dozens of photos and specific descriptions-it will seem like you were there.

Q What days are you available for inspections?

We are available for inspections 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That includes all weekends and all holidays. We are here for you when you need us. We also do NOT charge extra for weekends or holidays.

Q Do you inspection commercial properties?

Yes! While we started as a home inspection company, we have been doing commercial inspections for over a decade! Our inspectors are CCPIA, InterNACHI Commercial, and Carson Dunlop Weldon certified. We can do most commercial properties to include office, light industrial, warehouse, restaurant, retail, multi-unit and more.

Q Do you inspect homes pre-listing the home on the market?

Absolutely. There are many benefits to conducting a pre-listing inspection. The knowledge gained with a pre-listing inspection helps you make critical decisions on repairs and pricing of your home. You can make these decisions without the short window of due diligence letting you shop around for contractors for repairs.
